• All PHI processed through voice and SMS screening conversations
• Participant data stored in the TrialScreen platform
• Data transmitted to integrated CTMS systems
• Audit logs containing PHI access records
• Telephony infrastructure provided through our BAA-covered Twilio partnership

How to Get Your BAA
